Returns

Easy Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Pre-Order Items

Items purchased as Pre-Order will be shipped according to the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be sent together once the pre-order item becomes available.
