How Does a TIAO Pre-order Work?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for immediate delivery. Payment is completed when the order is placed — after payment, your selected product, colour and size are reserved for you.

We'll notify you

You receive an email once your order is ready for shipment.

Pre-order Details

After the pre-order period closes, the collection will enter the final production, preparation or delivery stage. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery periods are communicated as accurately as possible. However, small delays may occur during production, quality control, transportation or customs processing. You will be informed of any important change to the expected delivery period.

When an order contains multiple pre-order products, the complete order will normally be shipped once all products are ready.
